We're hiring Broadband Wireless Technicians, LTE Technicians, and those who want to learn both—with room to grow and specialize as you develop your skills.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, outdoor role where no two job sites are the same, but the standards never change. You'll work as part of a small, collaborative team (2–4 technicians) installing and maintaining outdoor wireless systems that keep the world connected.

Your day-to-day:

• Install antennas, cabling, and equipment on towers, rooftops, and outdoor structures

• Climb towers and work at heights (up to and above 300') following strict safety protocols

• Terminate fiber, coax, and shielded twisted pair cables to manufacturer specs

• Align and optimize wireless equipment for peak performance

• Problem-solve on-site when things don't go as planned—then call for backup when needed

• Document installations with photos, serial numbers, and turnover reports

• Travel to job sites across the region (50%+ overnight travel)

What We're NOT Looking For

This role isn't a fit if you:

• Always need to be in charge or prefer working solo

• Get bored with routine or resist following established procedures

• Prioritize speed over accuracy

• Struggle with extended travel or physical outdoor work

 

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand/power tools

• Willingness to climb towers and work at heights (we'll certify you)

• Basic computer skills (laptop documentation, Microsoft Word/Excel)

• Valid driver's license (you'll drive company vehicles)

• Ability to travel overnight 50%+ of the time

 

Nice-to-haves (we'll train you on the rest):

• Construction, telecom, satellite TV, or military installation experience

• Tower climbing certification

• IP networking or RF knowledge

• Fiber, coax, or twisted pair termination experience
